I'm a Commercial real estate agent, Work hard and have a busy life. I have a job, great job I enjoy working. I own a business. I own my house. I own couple rentals, i own my car. I pay all my credit card in full every month. And i can proud say that I don't own anything to the bank! I don't expect anything from you, I just hope you have a good heart, positive attitude about life and be happy! There are so many handsome young guy there, why me? Coz I work and I provide. And im real. No bs. I'm Looking for someone to hangout, make some new friend first. I read other people's profile, it is all about how good how sweet how great they are, maybe they are, maybe that's just Bullshit. Who knows! But I want to do something different here, I want to tell you some facts and also my flaws. if you can accept them, we would be great, otherwise sooner or later see you lala. We go separate ways. 1. I dress suit to work, and i work a lot. I put work before other stuff and work hard. And it helps me to keep my lifestyle. It make me feel good. Archive something, be different. Not average not normal.... And i need that feeling. Don't use name of love to take that away from me, if you love me, let me do what I gonna do for my work first. Otherwise I can't forcus on anything else including you.... No offense, it is a fact. I put this no.1. So i Really mean it! 2. I'm not excited about holidays or birthday, it is just another day to me, I believe if I have money, everyday can be holiday, not much difference to me. I will be respectful and participate yours, but it doesn't mean I will be as excited as you. 3. I'm not a romantic per and I'm very realistic. Buy a bunch of flowers, a box chocolate, pick a gift from Amazon, that's probably all I would normally do. 4. I never put any thoughts on getting a reservation in a restaurant or those kind of stuff. A lot of times I probably just show up the place you pick and pay. 5.when someone tell me her problems, most of time I would tell her the facts what cause the problem and how to solve it. I don't like sugar coat it, or picking side, it is all about solving a issue. if you understand it will help you solve the problem very fast. If not, you will feel the facts are hurt! And just think I'm mean. But for me, I just tell you the truth and you don't want to hear it.... 6. Don't ask me stupid question like if you and my mom fall in the river who I would save first. you don't want to hear that. My family is important and please be respectful don't challenge that. Especially don't do it in the name of love! 7. English is not my first language, if you don't like it then speak Chinese to me. For the last 10 years I still keep learning and trying. 8. I'm not a fan for any musicians. I don't know who sing those gs and what they look like, honestly I really don't care. If I like some music and i will listen them again and again. 9. I don't smoke weed, but I'm 420 friendly. I always have some, but just for visitors or friends. I smoke cigarettes but I will be respectful don't smoke in front you if you have a issue. But I do smoke. I drink, but mostly wine, and i don't like being drunk. I always wanna have a clear mind. But I don't mind you get wasted. I'm a deligate good driver. 10. I'm cautious optimistic, I know what I want and I will try my best to get what I want. You can stay on my side and be there with me or I will be there just by myself. Doesn't matter..... 11. I still believe in American dream even other real American think it is dead or it is a joke. But it still motivate me to accomplish more in my life.... 12...... What I'm looking for? True friend that I can tell you who really I'm, who can hold a intelligent conversation and also have fun together. We can tell each other our dark side and not acting like" omg, why you think like that?" Friends come and go, but I hope you are the one can stay
