You're exactly right. I spent some time in high end sales and sales management. The ambiverts excel in sales. You have to be gregarious enough to be comfortable talking to anyone. But if you can't listen...then in my opinion, you'll never be great in sales. Good post. " I refuse to belong to any organization that would accept me as a member" Groucho Marx

Have you thought to pose this question to any of the many ambisextrous members here and which role thay may lean towards ,if at all, in their encounters with the opposite or same sex? Using more than all the road!

I am an introvert and my wife is more extroverted. We get along great but I think introverts are better at initiating deep conversations, especially one on one conversations. Extroverts are better at initiating conversation to begin with and less bothered by public speaking. I think my wife's extroverted side has helped her a lot in her work. But I am very comfortable being an introvert. She an I have much in common, but our differences compliment each other. Still, I sometimes wonder if two introverts can be happy together. I guess they probably can. "Age cannot wither her, nor custom stale her infinite variety" Shakespeare
